Injection moulding manufacturing and production is the core of JMR Plastics’ business. The range of injection moulded products we can manufacture is broad and we serve a variety of markets including the automotive, construction and pharmaceutical industries.

Custom moulding is our specialty and we can produce either complete injection moulded products or component parts, which we can also help assemble into a larger product if required.

Our injection moulding machines are Engel and Nissei, ranging in size from 90 tons to 500 ton clamping pressure. Auxiliary equipment includes: hot-runner controllers, SVG’s, water temperature controller, dryers, hoppers and mixers. We work with a wide range of thermoplastic polymers including ABS, polycarbonate, polypropylene, nylon, as well as engineering materials.
